Requirements
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
- Previous experience in BPO and collections campaigns (desirable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Your Role
- Locating and contacting debtors to discuss overdue amounts and payment status
- Negotiating payment plans, deadlines, or settlements to a percentage of the debt
