Product Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of the company's high-end skincare and cosmetic products across B2B and B2C channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and product growth targets.
Identify and develop new markets, customers, distributors, retailers, and strategic business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and accounts.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging product trends.
Provide feedback on market demand and recommend new skincare/cosmetic products for the company's portfolio.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Support promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing product awareness and sales.
Ensure excellent customer service, timely resolution of complaints, and strong customer retention.
Work closely with the wider team to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
Ensure sales activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and standards
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Achieve product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Responds to the customer support requirements of the supported team, including account management and business development sales representatives, implementation and service personnel, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
This position may be assigned to support a geography or one or more named account teams.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, aesthetics, or related product sales.
Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
Experience managing key accounts, distributors, retailers, or corporate clients.
Experience in modern trade, retail, or strategic account management is an added advantage.
MS Word proficiency
