ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Manage debtors, sales accounting, cash collections, and banking.

• Perform bank, sales, purchases, stock, and account reconciliations.

• Manage VAT, tax, and statutory compliance.

• Support inventory management and maintain fixed asset records.

• Support audits, month-end and year-end accounting activities.

• Strengthen financial controls and provide financial analysis to management.

 Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• CPA/ACCA qualification or progress is an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in FMCG/distribution.

• Strong experience in debtors, cash management, reconciliations, sales, and inventory accounting.

• Good knowledge of VAT, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.,
