The Opportunity
We are working exclusively with an exceptional and well-established business that is continuing to grow its presence across the UK.
They are looking to identify an experienced Private Client Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the wealth management market. The role will focus on developing relationships with wealth management firms and private clients, whilst supporting and directing a team of BDMs operating within this market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with wealth management firms, IFAs, financial planners and private clients.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across the wealth market.
- Support, manage and develop a team of BDMs.
- Help BDMs identify relevant firms and private client opportunities.
- Build strong senior-level relationships across the market.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Work closely with senior management to support wider commercial growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UK wealth management landscape.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales or business development experience within financial services.
- A strong understanding of the UK wealth management market.
- Existing relationships across wealth managers, IFAs, financial planners or private client networks.
- Experience managing or supporting a team of BDMs.
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and private clients.
- A consultative approach to sales and business development.
- A genuine understanding of how wealth firms and private clients operate.

- £80,000–£90,000 basic salary , dependent on experience.
