Inventory Officer
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations. Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately. Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly. Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking. Generate inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements. Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies. Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Inventory Officer. Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Proficiency in RetailMan software is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment. Willingness to reside in the company's shared staff accommodation.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 Monthly (Net)
