INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Plans, develops, and improves manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality, and safety. Monitors production operations, identifies process issues, implements improvements, and coordinates with production and technical teams to meet company standards.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production methods, and quality standards Skilled in process improvement and troubleshooting Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills Able to work with production and technical teams Familiarity with CAD or engineering software is an advantage Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
