About the Position

This is a standout opportunity to lead brand activation across our most iconic brands — Rama, Flora, ProActiv, Delma and Liga— in the Hungarian market. As our Brand Manager, you’ll own the full marketing agenda for your region, driving strategy and execution across the 6Ps. From insight-led campaigns to innovation launches, packaging development and commercial alignment, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.

You’ll report to the Group Brand Activation Manager EE and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, RGM, Category, R&D and Customer Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, agility and delivering results — and is ready to grow with the brands.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Strategy & Growth

Build and implement brand strategies aligned with local and global direction

Develop consumer-first growth plans across the 6Ps, rooted in insight and market trends

Lead new product development and go-to-market plans, ensuring timely and impactful launches

Oversee portfolio performance and RGM initiatives to drive profitability and reduce complexity

Prepare selling stories for new product development and retailer engagement

Define brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Develop seasonal and thematic activations (e.g., holiday recipes, sustainability campaigns)

Represent brand plans to internal stakeholders and senior leadership

Lead development of business cases for new products, campaigns and line extensions

Performance, Budget & Activation

Monitor brand performance using KPIs and market data (e.g., Nielsen, YouGov, Kantar)

Use data to drive decision-making and establish scorecards across functions

Manage A&P budgets with a focus on ROI across media, digital and in-store activations

Track marketing budgets and manage vendor relations

Report campaign performance and assess impact against business goals

Own the full P&L for your brands and countries

Product & Packaging Development

Support development of new products and line extensions

Assist in packaging design and updates, ensuring compliance with food regulations

Coordinate sensory evaluations and taste tests with internal teams or agencies

Work with legal and regulatory teams to ensure packaging and communications meet safety and labelling laws

Manage updates to nutritional information, ingredient lists and claims

Marketing Campaign Execution

Plan and execute ATL (TV, radio, print) and oversee BTL (in-store, sampling, events) campaigns

Collaborate with digital teams on social media and influencer marketing

Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement and ROI

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, RGM, Category and R&D teams

Align brand and commercial strategies for product launches and availability

Partner with external agencies (creative, media, PR) and suppliers

Consumer & Market Insights

Conduct consumer and shopper research to identify growth opportunities

Translate insights into compelling brand propositions and strategic initiatives

Analyse market data to track brand performance and category dynamics

Monitor competitor products, pricing and promotional strategies

Project Leadership

Lead and coordinate projects across departments with agility and ownership

Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and innovation pipelines
