Renovation manager

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Work site environment: Outdoors.

Work setting: Residential renovation.

Tasks:

• Direct and control daily operations .
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Plan and manage budgets.
• Train staff.
• Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects.
• Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• Human resource planning and development.

Supervision: 5-10 people.

Area of specialization: Project management.
