Mixologist

Responsibilities:

Design, prepare, and serve innovative cocktails, mocktails, and beverage menus using precise mixing techniques and quality ingredients. Interact with guests, offer personalized beverage recommendations, and provide an engaging, top-tier bar experience. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar stations, ensuring strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards. Monitor beverage inventory, manage bar stock levels, and minimize wastage or spillage. Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and presentation standards.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SSCE. 0-1 year of proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar high-volume bar or hospitality setting. In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, flavour profiles, cocktail recipes, and garnishing techniques. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent multitasking ability, speed, and attention to detail during peak hours.
