Montessori Directoress

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain an authentic, orderly, and engaging Montessori classroom environment. Observe and assess each child's individual needs, interests, and progress, tailoring learning plans accordingly. Guide children in using Montessori materials and oversee daily individual and group activities. Foster independence, self-discipline, respect, and social harmony among students. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s development and progress. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Education. 1 year of previous experience in a similar role. Must hold a recognised Montessori certification/diploma.
