Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of leadership experience in Education, EdTech, Technology, or Digital Transformation.

Strong understanding of school or university operations and administration.

Proven experience in business growth, strategy execution, and performance management.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Knowledge of technology solutions, digital transformation, and consultative selling.

Preferred

Master's degree (MBA, Education, IT, or related discipline).

Experience working with schools, universities, or education-focused organizations.

Background in business development, solution consulting, or education technology.

Strong network within the education sector.
