Sale & Marketing Manager

1. Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts and customer strategies.
2. Achieve sales, gross profit and new business targets.
3. Manage existing customers and develop new customers in automotive, electronics and plastic injection industries.
4. Handle RFQs, quotations, cost analysis, price negotiations and commercial terms.
5. Coordinate new product development from RFQ, tooling, mold trial, PPAP, through mass production.
6. Monitor customer forecasts, production capacity, delivery performance and tooling requirements.
7. Work closely with Engineering , Production, Quality, Purchasing and Logistic terms.
8. Resolve customer issues related to quality , cost, delivery, capacity and tooling.
9. Prepare sales reports, customer presentations, meeting minutes and management reports.
10. Lead, Coach and Evaluate the sales team.
11. Conduct customer visits and join domestic and overseas business trips.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing Management or a related fields. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong experience in plastic injection molding, automotive parts, electronic parts or related manufacturing industries. Good knowledge of plastic injection processes, molds, plastic materials , cycle time, capacity, yield, costing and production planning. Experience in RFQ, quotation, tooling, APQP, PPAP and new model development. Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate effectively in Thai and Business English. Japanese or Chinese language skills will be an advantage. Able to prepare reports, presentations, emails and meeting minutes in English. Able to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits and business meetings. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word , ERP or CRM system.
