Asst. HROD Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee skill gaps
  • Travel to branches and upcountry locations to conduct training, coaching, and follow-up activities
  • Develop and maintain Skill Matrix, Competency Framework, and Individual Development Plans (IDP)
  • Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including culture, team development, and change management
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and learning transfer to the workplace
  • Work closely with managers and business units to identify people development needs
  • Develop training materials and learning content suitable for different employee groups
  • Support HRD, People Development, and OD projects as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, HRD, OD, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in Training, L&D, HRD, or OD Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify skill gaps Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Willing and able to travel to upcountry locations
