Quality System Management (QSM) Engineer

1.Maintain and improve quality system compliance 2.Assist in the formulation and implementation of continuous improvement plans 3.Assist and promote quality cost improvement activities 4.Assist in building and promoting quality culture (including quality-related training) 5.Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the supervisor on time

Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above. 10 years or more of working experience in the same industry. Usually at least 3 years of quality-related working experience is required Experience in QA system management and/or relevant quality qualification certification is preferred. Rich quality knowledge (such as IATF16949 certification process) Must be fully familiar with the quality requirements related to Multek products Have personal integrity and professional ethics Strong execution ability, strong sense of work responsibility; good organization and coordination skills, communication skills, and teamwork skills; Strong learning ability, ability to analyze and solve problems and certain innovation ability; Have a result-oriented consciousness, pay attention to the timeliness of work follow-up, and ensure the completion of work with quality and quantity Strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in 2 type of languages (English, Chinese, or Thai )
