Senior Software QA Engineer

-Lead QA activities throughout the SDLC to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. -Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression testing for web and API applications. -Perform functional, integration, system, and UAT testing. -Identify, track, and verify defects while working closely with developers and product teams. -Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical business flows and regression testing. -Support CI/CD and continuous quality improvement initiatives. -Mentor junior QA members and promote QA best practices.

Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in Software QA with strong hands-on Manual Testing experience. Experience leading testing activities or acting as QA Lead/Senior QA. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools. Good understanding of SQL and database validation. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Marketplace, or B2B Platforms is highly preferred.
