222_เจ้าหน้าที่ระบบคุณภาพ (Quality System Officer : QS) *English required*

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with GMP, RBA, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and company standards.

1. Prepare, review, update, and control quality documents, including Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Forms, and Records.

1. Ensure effective document control, record management, and compliance across all departments.

1. Plan and conduct Internal Audits, coordinate customer and certification audits, and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), perform Root Cause Analysis, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.

1. Support GMP, RBA, and quality compliance activities, including audit preparation and employee training.

1. Conduct risk assessments and support Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and HR, to ensure quality system compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Management, Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Quality System, Quality Assurance (QA), or Document Control within a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic packaging, food & beverage packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS), GMP, RBA, ISO 9001, Document Control, Internal Audit, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram), and Risk Assessment. Knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRCGS Packaging, ISO 14001, ERP, or Document Management System (DMS) is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Good command of English, with the ability to read and interpret quality standards and communicate effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, planning, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
