Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce cycle time, waste, and production costs.

1. Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, Work Measurement, Capacity Analysis, and Line Balancing to establish efficient work standards.

1. Monitor and analyze production performance, including OEE, machine downtime, and production KPIs, and recommend improvement actions.

1. Design and optimize plant layout and material flow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

1. Support cost reduction initiatives through process optimization, labor utilization, and resource management.

1. Lead and participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement projects.

1. Analyze production data using Excel and ERP/MES systems, prepare KPI reports, and present improvement recommendations.

1. Support new product introduction (NPI), process flow development, capacity planning, and manpower planning.

1. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, Warehouse, Planning, and Procurement to improve manufacturing performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic packaging, plastic bottle manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Time Study, Motion Study, Work Measurement, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Cost Reduction, Process Improvement, Plant Layout, Material Flow Analysis, SPC, and basic FMEA. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Dashboard); knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD, ERP/SAP/Oracle, and Minitab is an advantage. Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes such as Injection Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding, PET Stretch Blow Molding, and plastic materials (PET, HDPE, PP) is preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, teamwork, and time management skills. Good command of English.
