Service Engineer/ Electrical fieldwork

The Service Engineer will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following key areas:

-Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.

-Perform installation and commissioning of packaging machines .

-Perform trouble shooting of the problems and handle urgent problems.

-Perform preventive maintenance ensuring minimal downtime, maximum production efficiencies and efficient operation of customer equipment.

-Visit clients regularly to check machine conditions and recommend genuine spare parts to clients.

-Report & Coordinate with oversea supplier in Europe to solve the machine problems.

-Coordinate as a teamwork with Service Coordinator, Sales Administrator and Technical Support Engineer.

Qualifications: Thai nationality, male, aged more than 25 years old. Bachelor Degree of Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. At least 2-3 years of technical field service experience in Commissioning, Installation or Maintenance of machine in manufacturing for foods, beverages, healthcare, personal care products industry, OR engineering service company. Experience in packaging machine servicing will be advantage for this position. Good communication in English will be advantage. Knowledge in PLC Siemens S7, Omron or ABB software will be advantage Able to travel up-country by his own car and own license to work at customer sites.
