R&D Manager ( Non-Food ) / ผู้จัดการแผนกวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ Non-Food

-Develop and implement strategies for Non-Food product research and development in alignment with the company’s business direction and market demand.

-Manage and oversee New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept development through to commercial production.

-Control and develop product formulations, including improving existing products to enhance quality and performance.

-Lead and manage the R&D team, providing guidance, support, and capability development for team members.

-Research and monitor new technologies, innovations, and market trends in Non-Food product categories such as Air Care, Home Care, and Household Products.

-Oversee product testing processes, including Stability Tests, Performance Tests, and Compatibility Tests.

-Coordinate with Production, QC/QA, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure product development projects are completed according to plan.

-Manage formulation and raw material costs to align with the company’s cost targets.

-Ensure all products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.

-Prepare and control technical documentation, including product formulations and test reports.

-Provide technical support and product knowledge to the Marketing, Sales, and other related departments.

-Report product development project progress and updates to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Science, or a related field. At least 5–10 years of experience in Non-Food product research and development, with proven experience in managing an R&D team. Strong knowledge of product formulation and development for products such as Air Care, Home Care, or Household Products. Good understanding of chemical raw materials, fragrances, and ingredients used in Non-Food products. Knowledge of product testing methods such as Stability Test, Performance Test, and Shelf Life evaluation. Understanding of regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to Non-Food products. Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments. Good command of English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare technical reports and documentation.
