MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities 1.Manage daily IT infrastructure operations, including network, servers, firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi, and system availability 2.Oversee Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, and Google Workspace administration 3.Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and basic IT security controls 4.Lead and support IT support team in day-to-day operations 5.Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, support, and infrastructure improvements 6.Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related documentation 7.Support backup, patching, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure troubleshooting 8.Assist with office IT systems such as CCTV and related equipment
