• Solid understanding of architecture, APIs, system design, performance, reliability, and production operations.
• Practical DevOps experience, including cloud environments, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a fast-moving product or technology company.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or coding agents in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with C# / .NET, React / TypeScript, and Azure.
• Experience with data-intensive products, APIs, AI-enabled products, fintech, or SaaS.
• Experience with containers, infrastructure automation, observability, or production incident management.
• Experience growing an engineering team into a multi-team structure.
