Senior Recruitment Officer

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across all levels, especially for real estate roles
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experience
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (real estate industry experience is a plus) Strong communication and coordination skills Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities Proficient in recruitment tools / ATS
