Inventory & Fixed Assets Officers (6 Days work)

•Inbound report, outbound report, inventory report and movement report. •Reconcile system vs physical investigate variances, identify root causes, and process approved adjustments. (if any) •Monitor daily transaction queues, resolve posting errors and incomplete documents. •Verify accuracy and completeness of inventory adjustment align with the support and confirm with relevant department. •Prepare monthly cycle counts, quarterly and yearly full counts (forms, cut-off lists, instructions) •Prepare monthly reports, inventory aging, stock valuation, variance summary. •Support month-end and quarter-end closes: cut-offs, accruals, cost check, and schedules for Accounting. •Recommend improvements to inventory control, forms, KASCO, and ERP workflows to reduce errors and costs. •Perform periodic physical verification of fixed assets. •Assist in the acceptance and capitalization of construction in progress. •Perform regular reconciliation of fixed assets records between the general ledger, sub-ledger and cost center reports to ensure.

Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience. Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (SAP) and inventory control. Effective communication, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
