Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales-driven role, ideally within retail or indoor sales environments. Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Indoor Sales methodologies, with a clear understanding of the sales cycle. Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a genuine desire to assist and delight clients. Outstanding Communication Skills , both verbal and interpersonal, enabling effective engagement with diverse customer profiles. Strong Negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. A keen ability to acquire and retain comprehensive Product Knowledge . Proven capability in Relationship Building and fostering customer loyalty. A results-oriented mindset with a consistent history of Target Achievement . Familiarity with general Retail Operations and best practices. Excellent Problem-Solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and challenges efficiently.
