Field Control Engineer – Pest Control

King Control Plus for Pest & Rodent Control is looking for a Field Control Engineer to supervise field teams and ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of pest control operations .

Job Responsibilities Manage and distribute daily tasks among pest control field teams and ensure adherence to schedules.

Supervise pest control operations on-site and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and pest control standards.

Monitor the proper handling and application of pesticides, equipment, and approved dosage levels.

Ensure field teams follow proper pest control procedures and company operational guidelines.

Conduct site inspections and identify pest-related risks and infestations.

Communicate with clients on-site and promptly address their concerns and pest control requirements.

Monitor the consumption and proper storage of pesticides, materials, and equipment while minimizing waste.

Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management through the approved systems.

Prepare technical reports for clients, including risk assessments, inspection findings, and pest activity trends.

Ensure all pest control activities are carried out safely and according to company and industry standards.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture , preferably in a relevant specialization.

2–4 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in the pest control industry .

Strong knowledge of pest control operations, pesticides, application methods, and safety procedures .

Preferably a resident of Minya or nearby areas .

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.

Good command of Microsoft Office .

Good command of both Arabic and English .

A valid driving license is required.
