Beautrium Warehouse Picking & Packing Department Manager ประจำคลังบิวเทรี่ยม

1.Manage daily Picking and Packing operations to achieve required order volume, productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets. 2.Ensure all customer and store orders are picked, packed, and completed according to operational cut-off times and agreed SLAs. 3.Monitor workload, order volume, backlog, and available capacity throughout the day. 4.Prioritize urgent, overdue, promotional, and high-volume orders to minimize service impact. 5.Coordinate closely with Inbound, Inventory, Transportation, Customer Service, and other warehouse functions 6.To present weekly, monthly with management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in a related field and 0-3 years of team management. To understand Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management. There’re management and communication skills. Have good computer skills. Be able to coordinate, have a good mindset, and good presentation skills. Excel, PowerPoint, if have Power BI skill (will be considered specially).
