Automation Engineer

• ออกแบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงระบบ Automation สำหรับกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการผลิต
• เขียนโปรแกรมและแก้ไขระบบ PLC, HMI และ SCADA รวมถึงระบบควบคุมเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ
• ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และ Commissioning ระบบ Automation และเครื่องจักรใหม่
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Electrical, Control และ Automation ของเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ Machine Automation / Robotic / Sensor / Vision System ให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิต
• ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Automation เช่น PLC, Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor, Encoder, Pneumatic และ Control System
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Production, Maintenance, Engineering และผู้รับเหมาภายนอกในการแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร
• จัดทำและปรับปรุง Electrical Drawing, Control Diagram, PLC Program และ Technical Documentation
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการทำงานของเครื่องจักรเพื่อเพิ่ม OEE, Productivity และ Machine Reliability
• ดำเนินโครงการ Automation Improvement / Machine Modification / Process Improvement ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• สนับสนุนการทำ Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Corrective Maintenance (CM) สำหรับระบบ Automation
• จัดทำรายงานผลการปรับปรุง วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่อผู้บริหาร
• ประสานงานกับ Supplier และ System Integrator ในการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขระบบ Automation

Qualifications: ปริญญาตรีสาขา Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Industrial Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ PLC / HMI / SCADA / Robot / Automation สามารถอ่าน Electrical Drawing และ Control Circuit มีความรู้ด้าน Sensor, Inverter, Servo, Pneumatic และ Industrial Network มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและ Troubleshooting
