1. รับผิดชอบการบริหารการผลิตของ IHS ควบคุมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านปริมาณการผลิต และอัตราผลผลิตดี (Yield) ตามเป้าหมาย(Responsible for managing IHS production, ensuring achievement of production volume targets and yield performance as specified)

1. การบริหารจัดการหน้างานผลิต (Production Site Management)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields such as Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields จบสายวิศวกรรม เช่น วิศวกรรมการผลิต, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Experience as a Stamping Production Supervisor/Manager will be given special consideration หากมีประสบการณ์เป็น หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตงานปั๊มขึ้นรูป (Stamping Production Supervisor/Manager) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม PCB หรืออุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ experience in the PCB or electrical devices industry will be an advantage ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี หากมีความรู้ด้าน SMT หรือ EMS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 5 years working experiences min. SMT or EMS knowledge is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office สามารถใช้โปรแกรม **Microsoft Office ได้ดี Good command of English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ และหากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
