SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER

• Follow up new process of sample wheels
• Assist the Design and Development Manager in daily operations, including cooperation with Sales and Production departments.
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient performance
• Handle customer (through Sales department) inquiries regarding wheel designs and resolve issues with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Support the mold room in resolving and improving fabrication process issues.

Qualifications: Not more than 40 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline With 3-5 years mold experience in wheel designs or related field Strong leadership skills to be able to assist the department manager in supervising a group of engineers Strong knowledge of Auto Cad 2D Willing to work extra hours when there are new big projects Able to weld and turn Able to start work immediately Have leadership skills, work under high pressure
