PURCHASING MANAGER

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, while leading and developing the purchasing team's capabilities.
• End-to-End Procurement Management: Oversee the entire purchasing cycle, including supplier sourcing, requests for quotations (RFQs), negotiations, purchase order (PO) issuance, delivery tracking, and goods inspection.
• Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with domestic and overseas suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings, favorable conditions, and efficient logistics/transportation costs.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Source, evaluate, and develop supplier networks, maintaining strong, long-term relationships with global vendors, particularly in China.
• Compliance & International Trade: Ensure all procurement activities comply with international customs regulations, import/export laws, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Process Optimization: Analyze procurement data and streamline workflows utilizing ERP systems to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive procurement and analytical reports, presenting strategic insights and development plans to executive management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or international sourcing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing). Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk management abilities Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management. Deep understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, currency exchange, and global market trends. Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and willingness to travel internationally when required.
