Senior Accounting - Inventory Costing

• Prepare accounting documents and record inventory receipt transaction
• Record and allocate all inventory-related costs, such as freight and import duty etc. to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of inventory costing
• Prepare input VAT report and review the accuracy and completeness of tax invoice from supplier
• Prepare inventory reports, including outstanding inventory valuation by location, inventory costing variance analysis
• Minimize inventory costs, including identifying and implementing cost-saving measures, such as vendor consolidation and inventory optimization
• Collaborate with other departments, including purchasing and warehouse to optimize inventory procedures and ensure the work procedures are in place
• Ensuring the inventory costing and valuation complied with Thai Financial Reporting Standards, taxes and company policies
• Initiating continuous process improvement or other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting At least 3 years of experience in accounting function related to inventory costing and account payable will be an advantage Good command of English Strong knowledge and understanding of inventory accounting principles and procedures Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and a good attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately Experience in ERP, especially in Microsoft Dynamic, and/or external audit, especially in Big 4, will be an advantage
