Full-time Lecturer in International Business and Entrepreneurship Program

• Prepare educational plans and teaching materials for lectures and workshops. Developing a curriculum in English to make education efficient and modern.
• Take care and give advice to students and be responsible for cooperative education training, internships, and student projects.
• Teach according to the curriculum and regulations and responsibilities of teachers and researchers.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Dean or Program Chair.

Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Business Administration, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Innovation/Technology Management, or related fields from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in international higher education programs. Proven ability to teach effectively in English in a multicultural environment. Native English speakers or individuals with native-level proficiency and strong academic communication skills. Research publications within the past 3 years, preferably in International Business, Digital Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Technology Management. Publications in international peer reviewed journals are an advantage. Holding Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank is an added advantage. Professional experience in international business, digital entrepreneurship, startups, technology enterprises, consulting, or industry collaboration. Ability to integrate global business, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation perspectives into teaching. Experience in international collaboration, cross border research, global academic networks, or teaching culturally diverse students is considered an advantage.
