Export Sales Coordinator - OEM Manufacturing

Job Descriptions

-Verify required documents for order creation and coordinate with relevant teams. -Track delivery status and customer payments; handle delivery-related issues. -Receive sales data (Purchase Orders) from the marketing team and input product details into the company system. -Review and ensure accuracy of order-related data in SAP; issue memos for corrections. -Coordinate production, packaging, shipping, vessel booking, and payment processes before and after delivery. -Communicate delivery confirmation to customers. -Gather and follow up on export documents and shipping details (e.g., container numbers, vessel info, delivery schedules). -Investigate and resolve delivery errors through negotiation and coordination with internal teams and customers. -Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experiences in manufacturing (OEM) and export coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded. Able to work well under pressure. Strong English skills (speaking, writing, reading, listening). Prior experience is an advantage.
