Project Engineer (New Model)

1.Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with APQP team 2.Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements 3.Lead the APQP team to conduct initial feasibility study and responsible from the initial phase to PPAP submission by coordinate with team members 4.Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. 5.Prepare the Process failure mode effect analysis for the customer drawing and improvement actions are taken for high RPN 6.Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. 7.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. • Participate in Quality system i.e. IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and others.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical) Age : 25 - 40 3-5 years experience in automotive manufacturing industry Have knowledge in Quality Management System: ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Have knowledge in APQP, PPAP & SPC Be able to communicate with internal people & customers Have knowledge and skills in measuring instruments
