Product Development Officer

OBJECTIVES: We are looking for an enthusiastic Apparel Product Development Officer who is always eager to learn new things and can seamlessly integrate with stakeholders both inside and outside the factory. The role will be based in Bangkok with some travel to other branches when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Contact and coordinate with customers (abroad) to make samples for customers until they are approved.

1. Can use ERP program to help open orders for fabric and raw materials for making samples (if you have never used it, you can learn).

1. Contact and coordinate with the sample room (pattern / cutting room / embroidery / printing / sewing) until receiving samples and sending them to customers.

1. Able to coordinate with production to explain details of approved work to order in production.

1. Understand the details of customer Bill of material (BOM) and can communicate and translate to relevant persons.

1. Able to respond to questions and answer doubts from customers quite quickly.

1. Able to solve immediate problems well in one's own team and work well under pressure.

1. Able to motivate and push the team to move forward and teach the team to always adapt to different tasks.

1. Respond to questions and solve problems accurately and quickly with customers and coordinators in various departments very well.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion design/Textile or a relevant subject area. Native/fluent level of Thai language ability. Advanced level of English language ability. A minimum of 1 years of experience in Fashion design/Textile or a relevant subject area. We are pleased to work with new graduates. Strong interpersonal skills; garment construction, materials. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
