R&D Supervisor (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food science)

• Develop, design, and conduct formulation trials for new products to ensure product efficacy, safety, quality, and compliance with applicable requirements.

• Conduct stability, degradation, and shelf-life studies under various storage and environmental conditions to evaluate product stability and quality over time.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), formulation development records, and supporting technical data required for product registration.

• Manage and support the scale-up process transferring formulations from laboratory scale to pilot or production-scale trials and ensuring a smooth handover to the Production Department.

Qualifications: At least 3–5 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food science Strong leadership skill, organizing abilities and -interpersonal skill and teamwork Experience from a leading nutraceutical or dietary supplement manufacturer is a strong plus; background from a pharmaceutical/biopharma company is also welcome Systematic thinking, analytical skills, and strong technical problem-solving ability Good understanding of regulations related to food, herbs, and dietary supplements, with training in ISO, GMP, GHP, and HACCP systems.
