• The process of measure, make report, monitoring and analysis results
• Follow up on customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and analyze quality issues (Root cause and action)
• Support and follow up on customer audit
• Follow up on non-conformity work with suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers and supplier regarding quality control and audit

-กระบวนการวัดชิ้นงาน, จัดทำรายงาน, ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของชิ้นงาน -ติดตามข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า จัดทำรายงาน 8D และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ (สาเหตุหลักและแนวทางการแก้ไข) -ให้การสนับสนุนและติดตามผลการ audit ของลูกค้า -ติดตามงานที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดกับ supplier -ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและ supplier เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมคุณภาพและ audit

Qualifications: Sex :Male , Age : 30 - 40 Years Experience in quality control (QC, QA) Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. (Experience with CMM, Nexive, COMET will be considered). Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Training in ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP will be considered. Able to read drawings well and has knowledge of GD&T symbols.
