Champion inclusive hiring and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Partner with senior leadership to optimize profitability and long-term growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

MBA or MSc in Business Administration (or related field).

10 years in executive leadership within Oil & Gas or related industries. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development expertise. Fluent in English. Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
