Active by FeelFit is a premier Fitness & Pilates Studio dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness experiences. We are inviting passionate and refined Pilates Instructors to join our growing team for both our Bandung and Balikpapan locations.

LOCATION PLACEMENT:

• Bandung: Komplek Puri Syailendra, JI. Terusan Setraria 2, Sukawarna, Kec. Sukajadi, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40151
• Balikpapan: Ruko New Paladium, Jl. MT Haryono Grand City Blok F32,Batu Ampar, Kec. Balikpapan Utara, Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur 76115

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and instruct Private and Group Pilates sessions with professional grace and expertise.
• Design personalized, highly effective, and safe Pilates programs tailored to each member's personal fitness journey.
• Ensure precise posture, technique, and movement execution to optimize results and prevent injury.
• Provide personalized guidance and lifestyle/fitness consultations to enhance member experience.
• Cultivate warm, engaging, and long-lasting relationships with our studio members.
• Maintain impeccable class management and time discipline to ensure a seamless studio experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth understanding of human anatomy and core Pilates principles.
• Proven coaching experience in Pilates, Yoga, or premium fitness movement instruction.
• Holding a recognized Pilates Certification (Certified Pilates Coach) is highly advantageous.
• Open to certification training programs provided by Active by FeelFit for selected candidates.
• Exceptional communication skills, confident public speaking, and a high standard of service excellence.
• Energetic, disciplined, punctual, and highly collaborative within a supportive team environment.
