Senior Engineer/Injection/Team Management/Age 38-42 Year old/40-45K/ปลวกแดง/(M)

Core Responsibilities:

• KPI & Performance: Drive KPI control, monitor team performance, and manage manpower utilization and capability.
• Operation & Project Management: Oversee daily operations (Production/Die) and manage projects from RFQ to Mass Production, including trial & validation control and standardization for mass handover.
• Engineering & Design: Control process, layout, and die design while ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.

Supporting Responsibilities:

• Process & Machine Control: Assist in production decision-making (Start/Stop/Abnormal/Priority), control machine parameters/conditions, and direct die changes, settings, and repairs.
• Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for breakdowns, implement containment actions, maintain operational standards (WI/Training), and utilize data analysis to drive Kaizen, QCC, and Productivity/Cost/Quality improvements.

Qualifications: Male, Age 38 - 42 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Automotive, or related fields). Experience: in the Automotive Parts Industry. Solid background in New Model development, Mold Injection, or Stamping Die. Strong knowledge of Mold Injection and Injection Machines is highly preferred. Excellent management, planning, and priority control skills. Strong leadership, decisive decision-making, and proven experience in supervising subordinates.
