Deposits Product Owner - Retail Banking

The Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Fast Bank’s retail products (such as Mobile Banking, Payments Card, Deposits) within a cross-functional team. The role focuses on maximizing product value, meeting business objectives, developing new products and driving sustainable product growth

Own and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap

Organize and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of product

Analyze and evaluate customer journey and customer needs

Plan product development phases, work cycles, and releases, work daily with cross-functional squad

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, including delivery timelines

Ensure strong focus on sales and product growth

Monitor market trends and competitor solutions

Define and track key product performance indicators

Calculate and manage product economics, analyze product financial performance, including cost-to-benefit ratios

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/cross functional teams

 Experience in banking, fintech, e-commerce or telecom

Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services

Deep understanding of digital banking and product management processes

Knowledge of software development processes and collaboration with IT

Ability to work with data and make informed decisions

Ability to work fast, make changes if something doesn’t work, and test hypotheses

Ability to work collaboratively in lead cross-functional product team

High sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
