Operations Assistant (Picker)

At Far East Flora Market, we support the daily movement of flowers and products across our wholesale operations, retail spaces, and online orders. We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is suited for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organised, and being part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps daily operations moving smoothly. If you enjoy operational environments, teamwork, and hands-on responsibilities, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and preparing flower orders accurately
• Packing products for deliveries and customer collections
• Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement
• Assisting with daily warehouse and operational duties
• Handling flowers and products with care
• Supporting operations during peak seasons and festive periods
• Helping maintain a clean and organised working environment

• Physically comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day
• Willing to learn and support different operational tasks
• Team player with a positive working attitude
• Prior warehouse or operations experience is a bonus, but not required
