Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review general ledger accounts daily to ensure accurate accounting records and proper cost allocation. Prepare and review trial balances and financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate and oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial schedules and supporting documents. Reconcile SAP physical inventory records with financial ledgers and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Supervise accounts receivable activities, including bill-wise receivables, customer balances and ageing analysis.

Requirements:

HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing set-up. ACA qualification is an added advantage. Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
