Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
- Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to ensure proper execution of work.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources on site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to relevant party.
- Verify completed work and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Manage workforce allocation and supervise productivity of site personnel.
- Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, incidents, and work progress.
- Support project managers in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline.
Key Requirements
- Higher Nitec and above in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience if any as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.
- Valid safety certifications preferred (if required by local regulations); BCSS, Work at Height etc
- Class 3 License Required
- Willing to travel to different work sites
- Willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays, as and when required.
