College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Business administration and management, general. Accounting.
Tasks:
- Reconcile accounts.
- Receive payments.
- Prepare monthly statements.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Maintain filing system.
- Maintain financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents.
Computer and technology knowledge:
- ACCPAC.
- MS Excel.
