Business Analyst

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Business Analyst 🔹

Possible locations: Warsaw, Gdyani, Gdańsk, Łódź.

Hybrid setup required: 60% of working days in the office for Łódź, currently 40% for Warsaw and Gdynia/Gdańsk (most probably 60% from Sept/Oct).

Daily tasks

• Analyse current business processes and ways of working to ensure that the parties understand what is needed and when.
• Drive and coordinate business improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders from business users to tech developers.
• Facilitate workshops, perform data-driven analysis, document requirements, and support the implementation of process enhancements.

Requirements

✔️Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within large and complex organizations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology teams. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.

Nice to have: Experience in Financial Accounting, Traded Financial Instruments, Liquidity area
