Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Manage comments, messages, and community conversations promptly and professionally.
• Build content calendars and coordinate with the marketing team.
• Track results and improve content based on engagement, leads, and registrations.
• Protect the brand voice and follow each platform’s policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media and community management.
• Strong writing and communication skills; experience managing multiple platforms.
• Experience with SaaS, AI, B2B technology, or startup brands.
• Portfolio showing accounts or campaigns you personally managed and measurable results.
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently.
