- Manage daily operations of IT Helpdesk tickets, user support, and respond promptly to end-user technical support calls.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues efficiently.
- Set up, configure, and install new computers, software applications, user accounts, and network profiles.
- Provide advanced support for WAN/LAN network connectivity and troubleshoot infrastructure problems.
- Analyze network activity to discover root causes and prevent systematic errors.
- Troubleshoot core network services including printing, email services, internet access, and file sharing.
- Provide technical support for security applications, including VPN setup and Antivirus management.
- Enforce full compliance with company IT policies, security regulations, and protocols.
- Run regular system maintenance checks and stay up-to-date with information security best practices.
- Perform regular backup and restore procedures for user files and device configurations.
- Install system updates and software patches systematically.
- Provide support for fingerprint machines and biometric attendance systems.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate inventories of all IT hardware and software assets.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge base of technical issues, faults, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in onboarding and training employees on new hardware and software tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant degree.
- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in IT technical support and network administration.
- Industry Experience: Any industry (Real Estate / Corporate experience is a plus).
- Certifications & Systems:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Solid hands-on experience with Security Applications (VPN, Antivirus), Biometric Attendance Systems, and Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
