Marketing Specialist
Eurotraining , a leading educational organization, is seeking for a hands-on and performance-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Athens. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

Main Responsibilities :
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences
- Identify market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media and email channels
- Manage and improve performance across key digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media)
- Develop clear and engaging messaging tailored to different customer segments
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behaviour to enhance engagement and campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, report on campaign performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Executive or similar role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented attitude
