Logistics Manager

Manage and oversee daily logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.

Plan and optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and internal departments.

Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Manage and evaluate logistics service providers and transportation companies.

Monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilization, and maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Track and analyze logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.

Handle and resolve logistics issues and delivery delays efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience , with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
